The introduction minimally invasive surgical techniques has helped decrease morbidity these procedures. This case series seeks assess safety feasibility, report initial outcomes a single port robotic platform (SP) for reconstruction (RUT). METHODS: Between February 2019 March 2021, data were collected retrospectively on all cases SP RUT key outcome including patient demographic, pre, peri, post-operative data. RESULTS: 36 surgeries 31 patients performed (Table 1) with mean follow up 204 days. 8 procedures salvage previous RUT. Intra perioperative are summarized in Table 2. Average length stay was 2.11 days, 5/36 (14%) same day discharges 12/36 (33%) POD1.1 lost follow-up.24/30 (80%) stent symptoms free. 2 awaiting removal. One intraoperative complication (1/36, 2.8%) recorded (repaired sigmoid laceration : no additional intervention) (2/36, 5.6%) had urine leaks necessitating PCNs perioperatively. 6/35 (17.1%) failed required reoperation: received ureteroplasty (with success), chose dependent, nephrectomies atrophic kidney, poor renal function prior scan. results 3. CONCLUSIONS: Single is safe feasible. functional our short term period encouraging. Comparison studies other robotics platforms ongoing role reconstruction. Diagnosis and Antibiotic Resistance Distribution in Children with Urinary Tract Infection: A Single Center Experience
Background: Urinary tract infection is a common disease in childhood. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic performance of urinary analysis, assess the role of urine culture in determining its necessity and evaluate etiologic agents and antimicrobial resistance patterns in children with urinary tract infection. Methods: Our study was made by evaluating the patients who applied to...
متن کاملConcurrent upper and lower urinary tract robotic surgery: A case series.
The da Vinci Surgical System (Intuitive Surgical Inc.) continues to develop as a platform in urological surgery. Synchronous upper and lower urinary tract tumours requiring extirpative surgery are not uncommon. We report the first case robotic series of combined complex upper and lower urinary tract surgery. Six high-risk anaesthetic patients with a median age of 71 years and apparent synchrono...
متن کاملRobotic Single-Port Hernia Surgery
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Since the introduction of single-incision laparoscopic surgery in 2009, an increasing number of surgical procedures including hernia repair are being performed using this technique. However, its large-scale adoption awaits results of prospective randomized controlled studies confirming its potential benefits. Parallel with single-port surgery development, the issue of ...

We describe a case of robot-assisted laparoscopic bilateral upper urinary tract surgery in a 4-month-old infant for complex bilateral upper urinary tract duplication anomalies.
متن کاملCurrent status of robotic single-port surgery
Robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery in urology is an ever progressing field, and boundaries are constantly broken with the aid of new technology. Advancements in instrumentation have given birth to the era of robotic laparoendoscopic single-site technique (R-LESS). R-LESS however, has not gained widespread acceptance due to technical hurdles such as adequate triangulation, robotic arm clashin...
